Once your strategy is set up in Capitalise AI, it's important to regularly supervise the system to ensure all API and webhook connections are functioning correctly. A simple way to monitor the system is by verifying that each TradingView alert is successfully executed in Capitalise AI.

Troubleshooting Webhook or Execution Issues

If there are issues with webhook functionality or missed executions (e.g., an entry or exit signal), you can manually intervene to correct them.

Resolving a Missed Exit Signal for an Existing Strategy

To handle a missed exit for an already active strategy, follow these steps:

  • Stop the Strategy:

    • Locate the specific strategy in your dashboard.

    • Click the three dots beside it and select Stop.

  • Cancel Pending Orders:

    • Choose Cancel Pending Orders, then select Stop Strategy to close the open position associated with the missed exit signal.

  • Locate the Stopped Strategy:

    • Navigate to the Stopped Strategies tab in your dashboard and find the strategy you just exited.

  • Restart the Strategy:

    • Select the specific strategy from the Stopped Strategies tab and click Play to restart it.

By following these steps, you can ensure your strategies continue to run smoothly and adjust for any missed executions. Regular monitoring will help maintain optimal performance.
